LUCCHETTA ARMANDO S.r.l. complies with the applicable laws and technical standards, and strives to be constantly informed on any updates in order to transpose them into its policies in a timely manner.
We are committed to complying with the RJC Code of Practices by sharing the principles and standards with our Stakeholders (employees, associates, suppliers and
Customers).
We pay the utmost attention in evaluating risks for our company, including risks related to our business partners. We analyse the most sensitive situations and implement
adequate procedures and checks, which respect human rights, social principles and the environment.
The external suppliers and associates play a key role in the improvement of the company’s overall competitiveness.
The relationships between the Company and its external suppliers and associates are aimed at reaching the highest competitive advantage, and are based on integrity,
fairness and respect of equal opportunities for all players involved.
LUCCHETTA ARMANDO S.r.l. demands its external suppliers and associates to comply with the principles and provisions of this Policy.
This Policy will be made available and posted on noticeboards at the company’s headquarters in Via Pio La Torre 26, 36061 Bassano del Grappa, Vicenza (Italy).
We do not tolerate any kind of bribery of Public Officials or any other party. This is held valid also in jurisdictions where facilitation payments are allowed, tolerated or immune from legal prosecution.
It is prohibited to pay bribes or accept gifts of any kind.
Neither money laundering nor finance of terrorism financing will be tolerated.
We are committed to the “Know Your Customer and Supplier” principles.
We are committed to disclosing the characteristics of the products we sell.
We are committed to taking all relevant measures to guarantee the integrity and security of shipped products.
We are committed not to disclose confidential information and data.
We will exercise the strictest supervision on our supply chain – especially on the supply of gold.
In order to prevent any theft, damage or substitution of the products, we are committed to implementing security measures for our products within the premises and
during shipments.
We are committed to the safety and welfare of our Employees, Visitors and other relevant Business Partners.
We strongly believe in and are committed to respecting the fundamental human rights and the dignity of each individual, as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human
Rights adopted by the United Nations.
We do not tolerate child labour.
We are committed not to use forced, indentured, bonded or prison labour and we do not limit the freedom of movement of our employees and subordinate employees.
We cooperate with the Responsible of Prevention and Protection Service and the Representative for Employee’s Safety in order to guarantee the highest health and
safety standards in our headquarters and in our business.
We are committed not to practice any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, caste, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union
membership, pregnancy status, political affiliation, marital status, physical appearance, or age, or any other applicable prohibited basis, such that all individuals who are “able to work” are accorded equal opportunities and are not discriminated against on the basis of factors unrelated to their ability to perform their job.
We are committed to ensuring that our Employees are not subjected to corporal punishment, harsh or degrading treatment, harassments, abuses, coercion or any kind
of intimidation.
We committed to implementing procedures to manage disciplinary proceedings against any party who does not comply with the Code of Practices.
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws on working hours and wages.
In case no applicable law is available, standard regulations on this subject matter shall apply.
We are committed in protecting the environment by:
– eliminating or at least reducing the use of hazardous substances in production;
– reducing the negative impact of our business on the environment;
– disposing of waste in a responsible way;
– reducing paper, water, and energy consumption.
